MATH 1342 - Elementary Statistical Methods 3 semester hours 3 hours lecture, 0 hours lab
Collection, analysis, presentation and interpretation of data, and probability. Analysis includes descriptive statistics, correlation and regression, confidence intervals, and hypothesis testing. Use of appropriate technology is recommended.
Prerequisite: A score of 350 on the TSI Assessment; if a student scores between 347-349, a co-requisite of MATH 0101 , MATH 0142 , or a NCBO may be an option. Co-requisite: There may be a co-requisite of MATH 0101 , MATH 0142 or an individualized NCBO.
