BCIS 1405 - Business Computer Applications 4 semester hours 3 hours lecture, 3 hours lab
Students will study computer terminology, hardware, and software relating to the business environment. The main focus of this course is on business productivity software, including word processing (as needed), spreadsheets, databases, presentation graphics, and business-oriented utilization of the Internet.
Prerequisite/Co-requisite: POFI 2301 , POFT 1127 , or keyboarding speed of 25 wpm as verified by a three-minute timed writing.
