Student Refund Policy

Students who officially drop a course(s) or withdraw from the college shall have their tuition and mandatory fees refunded according to the following schedule:

Fall and Spring Semesters

Prior to the first day of the semester*	100%
During the first fifteen class days	70%
During the sixteenth through twentieth class days	25%
After the twentieth class day	NONE

Summer Sessions

Prior to the first day of the semester*	100%
During the first five class days	70%
During the first six class days	25%
After the seventh class day	NONE

Flex Entry and Non-Semester Length Courses**

Prior to the first class day*		100%
After first day of class, see the following schedule:

Open Entry Classes (Adult Vocational Classes and Continuing Education Classes)

Prior to the first scheduled class meeting	100%
If class is canceled by the college	100%
For a course meeting fewer than three times, no refunds except prior to first scheduled class meeting.	—
